若中、英文版本的文意有任何歧義,概以中文版本為準。大會擁有不時修改及詮釋下列規則的權利。如有任何爭議,大會保留最終決定權。
The following terms and conditions only apply to the purchase for「One Piece 強化修練」Scheme. For any other online shopping, please refer to the terms and conditions at Toei Animation estore.
In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the rules listed below from time to time. In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions.

條款及細則

  1. 參加者年齡必須年滿12歲或以上,18歲以下人士必須先取得監護人同意。
  2. 此活動只適用於香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區。
  3. 本活動不設重辦,如參加者未能於時限內完成或上傳成績則當參加者自行放棄。
  4. 報名手續結束後,不能變更、修改、取消所記載的內容。只有當在登記內容裡發現問題時,主辦單位才會與參加者進行聯繫。
  5. 活動名額有限,先到先得。大會於報名名額額滿時,有權提早截止報名,而不需作出任何通知。
  6. 跑手T-恤尺碼有限,先到先得,如所需尺碼派完,會以另一尺碼代替。
  7. 產品色調於不同環境及不同瀏覽裝置顯示上會有所不同,產品實物顏色與照片中的有機會存在一些色差。
  8. 有關修練裝備領取地點及日期,請留意活動Facebook及網頁之最新公告。如參加者未能在指定時間領取修練裝備包,其修練裝備包將被銷毀。
  9. 領取修練裝備包時,請向工作人員出示確認電郵(列印本或電子本皆可)以核實參加者身份。如由親友代為領取,請出示確認電郵(列印本或電子本皆可,但無須另備委託書)。
  10. 對於因網路連接等問題導致的報名或成績上傳延誤,主辦單位不承擔任何責任。
  11. 參加者必須使用「One Piece 強化修練」APP進行所有相關項目,所有成績只會以「One Piece 強化修練」內的紀錄作準,不接受以其他方式提供紀錄。如使用時紀錄出現異常,請先停止使用並通知大會進行查詢。
  12. 活動屬於自願參與性質,參加者需承擔一切風險及責任,並無權向主辦單位主辦單位、活動策劃、贊助商或支援機構追討由往返活動場地、活動進行中或其他原因而引至之自身受傷、意外、死亡或任何形式的損失索償或追究責任,主辦單位建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險,以保障個人安全。
  13. 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加活動,如懷孕或有慢性疾病如心臟病等的人士,主辦單位建議參加者在活動前徵詢醫生建議及進行檢查,以確保身體狀況適合進行跑步項目。於活動時自己留意個人的身體狀況,是否適合繼續,如有不適,請立即停止活動。
  14. 線上跑方面,參加者必須自力走或跑畢全程。參加者只可以跑步或步行形式完成活動,以滾軸溜冰、單車、或以使用其他工具代步或以不誠實方式使用app將不被承認。所有跑步記錄以參加者移動的距離和速度計算,此活動並不適用於原地跑,例如跑步機。其他健身鍛煉方面,參加者必須跟據示範短片完成。若有任何參加者以任何不誠實方式使用「One Piece 強化修練」APP,當刻成績將不被承認,大會擁有絕對權力取消相關活動記錄及封閉該參加者帳號而無須事前通知,大會保留向該名追討任何相關損失之權利。
  15. 主辦單位在得悉或懷疑的情況下,保留取消或不容許任何不適宜參加的人士的參加資格之權利。一旦參加者遞交申請及參與項目:
  16. 如參加者引起公眾不安,或作出其他主辦單位認為不當的行為,主辦單位有權取消參加者活動的資格。
  17. 活動不設補給站。建議參加者帶備不少於500ml飲料及適量食物補充,或安排支援,是次活動准許其他人沿途進行支援。參加者請帶備身份證、少量現金、八達通及設本地通訊的手提電話。
  18. 出發前,請留意香港天文台的天氣預告,避免天氣欠佳情況下出發。如天氣惡劣 ,請停止活動,留在結構穩固的遮蔽處。如活動進行時有惡劣天氣情況,主辦方鼓勵參加者於安全情況下完成相關活動。
  19. 參加者請善待環境,請勿在路線上亂拋垃圾。
  20. 參加者選擇路線如為有車輛行駛之道路,請留意路面情況,必須遵守交通規則。
  21. 參加者應為自己和他人的安全著想,無論任何時候應顧及路徑的其他使用者。橫過馬路或在馬路路段跑步時應格外小心。
  22. 違反以上規則者可能會被取消參加資格等處分,處分機制由主辦單位全權決定,不設上訴。
  23. 參加者於本活動期間,請遵守香港法律,特別是《預防及控制疾病(禁止羣組聚集)規例》(香港法例第599G章),維持適當社交距離及遵從政府不時宣佈或建議的防疫措施。
  24. 主辦單位保留對所有參加者資格、酌情修改活動規則各其他安排及解釋以上規則的權利的最終決定權。
  25. 主辦單位保留使用參加者的肖像作為日後活動宣傳之用的權利。
  26. 參加者(或其監護人)明白並接受,Joyous Events 是本活動的主辦機構;而任何贊助本次活動的人士或機構(無論是否冠名或令其名稱或標誌出現於活動材料上,“贊助機構”)並非本活動的主辦機構,並且(在法律允許的範圍内)不會對參加者因參與本活動引起或與之有關的任何損失(包括但不限於財務及身體損害)承擔任何合約、侵權或其他責任。參加者聲明其參與本次活動是基於其自身選擇,而非受贊助機構招攬。如參加者對本次活動有任何查詢、投訴、爭議,均應直接向主辦機構提出。

活動延期及取消


退款及轉讓條款
  1. 所有報名者成功登記後均不可退款或將活動名額轉移到其他申請人或賽事。
  2. 主辦機構保留權利取消任何觸犯、違反或不遵守任何香港法例及活動規則人士的參加資格。被取消資格的參加者之報名費,將不獲退還。
  3. 主辦機構擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關比賽/活動的臨時改動或取消,將以活動網頁公佈為準。

收集個人資料聲明:

  1. 主辦機構有權使用任何有關活動之相片、錄像及賽事紀錄作任何合法用途,包括 Joyous Events 的活動推廣及網站上使用。
  2. 本活動由 Joyous Events 主辦,與其委託的服務供應商(如有)負責統籌及執行,將使用參加者所提供的資料作以下用途:
    a) 主辦機構公佈成績
    b) 處理報名的行政工作,包括但不限於確認、簽發收據及收款通知等
    c) 識別用戶或參加者
    d) 紀錄與參加者的任何聯絡
    e) 供作法例規定、授權或准許的其他合法用途
  3. 為了執行上述的目的,參加者於登記時所提供的個人資料或許會轉有關機構。
  4. 主辦機構根據香港法例第486章《個人資料(私隱)條例》的規定下收集、儲存及使用參加者在報名表格上所填報之個人資料(包括但不限於姓名、電話及電郵地址等等)作該活動相關的用途(包括但不限於籌備、報名、推廣或宣傳該活動)。
  5. 除非參加者事先同意或根據香港境內或境外適用的法院命令、指令或指引要求,Joyous Events 不會向第三者披露您的個人資料。

免責聲明

健康聲明

  1. 參加者在參與日期前14日內並無以下任何COVID-19新型冠狀病毒的常見病徵:包括發燒、乏力、乾咳、呼吸困難、鼻塞、頭痛、結膜炎、喉嚨痛、腹瀉、喪失味覺或嗅覺、皮疹或手指或腳趾變色。
  2. 參加者在參與日期前14日內並無離開香港 / 曾在參與日期前14日內離開香港但獲香港特別行政區政府豁免接受強制檢疫。
  3. 參加者並未在參與日期前14日內離開香港而未獲香港特區政府豁免接受強制檢疫的任何人士有密切接觸,尤其是家人、家庭傭工及司機。
  4. 參加者並未在參與日期前14日內,與任何確診或懷疑確診COVID-19新型冠狀病毒人士(無論在香港或海外)有密切接觸*。
    *「密切接觸」是指直接接觸、居住於同一家庭、乘坐同一車輛或飛機、或有近距離社交接觸,例如一同進餐。以上僅列舉部分例子以作參考。如有懷疑,主辦機構建議參加者應採取謹慎做法,即避免參與本次活動。
  5. 參加者並未曾在參與日期前14日內,於衞生防護中心發佈的COVID-19新型冠狀病毒確診個案所在的大廈居住。
  6. 參加者無需按強制檢測公告或指示接受COVID-19新型冠狀病毒檢測 / 參加者曾經按強制檢測公告或指示接受COVID-19新型冠狀病毒檢測而檢測結果為陰性。
  7. 此申報是於參與日期前遞交,如之後情況有變,應於參與活動前向主辦機構申報。
  8. 根據第599 章《預防及控制疾病條例》,任何人違反或明知而向衞生署提供上述的虛假資料,即屬犯罪,一經定罪,可處罰款HK$10,000及監禁6個月。

關於 COVID-19 建議及措施


參與活動前

  1. 參加者須保持良好個人衛生,並留意自己身體狀況,定時量度體溫,如發覺有 COVID-19新型冠狀病毒最常見的病徵,如發燒、乏力、乾咳及呼吸困難,或其他病徵包括鼻塞、頭痛、結膜炎、喉嚨痛、腹瀉、喪失味覺或嗅覺、皮疹或手指或腳趾變色等,應戴上外科口罩,避免前往人多擠逼的地方,及盡早向醫生求診,亦不應參加本次活動。
  2. 注意最新入境資訊,需接受檢疫人士不應進行活動,詳情請瀏覽入境注意專頁: http://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/inbound-travel.html
  3. 參與日期前前14天曾到任何海外國家/地區的香港居民,必須接受強制檢疫,亦不應參加活動。
  4. 時刻留意政府就COVID-19新型冠狀病毒公布的消息,以及採取相應的預防措施。

參與活動期間

  1. 參加者須根據不同場地的相關措施,例如佩戴口罩等規定。
  2. 參加者進行活動時,應根據政府的社交距離措施,每組不得超過四人,小組之間應盡量保持至少有1.5米的社交距離。
  3. 參加者應自備飲用水和個人衛生用品。
  4. 參加者請盡量攜帶自己的運動用品及器材(如有),減少使用公共物品。
  5. 參加者應隨身帶備外科口罩、紙巾和70至80%酒精搓手液。
  6. 參加者佩戴口罩進行運動時,應時刻留意呼吸及心跳等生命體徵的變化,並應適時放緩,或停下來休息。此外,流汗和呼氣會弄濕口罩,參加者請適時更換自備的口罩,以策安全。
  7. 正確佩戴口罩十分重要,包括在佩戴口罩前及脫下口罩後保持手部衞生。
  8. 經常保持雙手清潔,尤其在觸摸口、鼻或眼之前、進食前、如廁後、觸摸扶手或門 把等公共設施後、當手被呼吸道分泌物污染時、咳嗽或打噴嚏後等,都應以梘液清潔雙手。
  9. 洗手時應以梘液清潔雙手,搓手最少20秒,並用抹手紙弄乾。雙手洗乾淨後,不要再直接觸摸水龍頭,應先用抹手紙包裹著水龍頭,才把水龍頭關上。
  10. 如沒有洗手設施,或雙手沒有明顯污垢時,使用含70至80%的酒精搓手液潔淨雙手亦為有效方法。
  11. 打噴嚏或咳嗽時,應用紙巾掩蓋口鼻,將紙巾包好,棄置於有蓋的垃圾箱內。
  12. 如廁時要注重衞生,先將廁板蓋上才沖廁水,以免散播病菌。

參與活動後

  1. 參加者入屋前應先清潔鞋子,以免將病毒細菌帶回家。
  2. 入屋後應盡早以梘液徹底清潔雙手,並除下口罩,將口罩放入膠袋封好棄置於有蓋的垃圾箱內。
  3. 回家後,應即時更換衣服及沐浴,換上乾淨的家居服,以防病菌逗留於家中。
  4. 妥善清洗你的衣服。
  5. 用酒精濕紙巾或稀釋漂白水清潔手機表面及手機殼。

Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants must be aged 12 years old or above. Participants under 18 years old must require parent or guardian consent.
  2. The event is only applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region.
  3. The event will only be held once. Participants who fail to complete and upload the records within the designated time limit will be considered as forfeiting the right of participation.
  4. Information provided during registration cannot be amended, altered or cancelled after submission. If there is any problem with the registered information, the Administrative Office will contact the applicant.
  5. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without prior notice.
  6. The T-shirt sizes given to participants will be subject to stock availability and will be distributed on a first come first served basis; if the requested size is not available, another size will be substituted.
  7. The color variance occurs on different browsing devices. The accuracy of colors presented on-screen may be different from the actual products.
  8. Participants shall keep an eye on the Event website and Facebook page for latest updates of the Training kit redemption location and date. All unclaimed Training kits within a designated time period will be destroyed.
  9. Participants shall redeem the Training kit by presenting the "Training Kit Pick-up Notification" Email (Electronic copy is accepted) for identity verification purposes. Participants may assign a representative to collect it on their behalf by presenting the "Training Kit Pick-up Notification" Email (Electronic copy is accepted). No authorization letter is required.
  10. Participants should redeem their Training kit by appointment within 1 month after “Training kit redemption” (Self pick-up or SF Express), otherwise the training kit will be destroyed.
  11. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any late registration or submission due to any Internet connection problems, etc.
  12. Participants shall understand and agree that his/her participation in the event is purely voluntary. The organizer, event producer, event Sponsors or any event supporting Organisation will not be liable and assumes no responsibility for any and all liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death or other losses during or caused by travelling to and from the event venue during the event or whatsoever reason. Participants are advised to purchase personal accident insurance for their own safety.
  13. Participants must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit to participate in the event. Participants who are pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure shall seek medical advice before participating in the event. If you feel unwell during the workout, please stop immediately.
  14. For the Virtual Run, participants need to complete the event by running or walking. Rollerblading, riding on a bicycle, or any kind of vehicle and cheating are not allowed. The running records are based on the data collected of participants’ running distance and speed. Such as treadmill running is not applicable. For the Fitness training, participants must follow the demo video to complete the event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants who cheat or behave dishonestly.
  15. The Organizer has the right at its sole discretion to suspend the activity for any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Event. By submitting his/her registration for the Event, and subsequently taking part in the Event, participants shall
  16. a. ensures that he/she is physically fit to participate in and complete his/her race without any medical or other assistance; and
    b. agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from
    i. any injury or death suffered by the participant himself/herself or any other persons; and
    ii. any damage to property as a result of him/her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race.
  17. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry to participate for any inappropriate behavior.
  18. There will be no official water station or First aid station available. Participants are advised to prepare not less than 500ml water and some snacks as replenishment. While course support is allowed. Please bring an ID card, small amount of cash, Octopus Card, and mobile phone with local network connection.
  19. Please check the weather forecast from the Hong Kong Observatory in advance and avoid undertaking any activity under adverse weather. Please immediately stop the activity and stay under appropriate shelter if bad weather conditions occur during the activity. The Organizer encourages the participants to undertake the activity only under safe conditions.
  20. Be environmentally friendly and don’t litter on the course.
  21. If there are vehicles on the course. Please be aware of the road conditions, and follow traffic rules.
  22. Ensure safety of yourself and others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times. Please pay extra attention when crossing or running on the road.
  23. For violation of any of the above rules, participants shall be subject to disqualification. The Organizer has the right at its sole discretion with no appeal.
  24. Participants shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap 599G of the laws of Hong Kong). Participants shall maintain appropriate social distance and follow the disease prevention measures announced or advised by the government from time to time.
  25. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the rules and arrangement, and make any final decision on the qualifications of participants.
  26. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs and recordings taken during the event, for any purposes, including commercial advertising.
  27. Participants (or their guardians) understand and accept that Joyous Events is the Organizer of this event; any person or organization sponsoring this Event (regardless of whether it is named or has its name or mark appearing in the event materials, the “Sponsor”) do not considering as the Organizer of the Event, and (to the extent permitted by law) will not be responsible (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any damage (including but not limited to any financial or personal damage) arising from or in relation to the Participant’s participation in the Event. The Participants declare that their participation in this Event is purely voluntary and is not solicited by the Sponsor. Participants shall report to the Organizer for any inquiries, complaints, or disputes about this event.

Event Postponement and Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel or modify the event format in regards to the below reasons:
  1. Adverse weather conditions
  2. Force majeure, i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organizer and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.
  3. All policies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government due to COVID-19

Refund and Transfer Policy

  1. Once the registration is completed, the application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable or may not be deferred to future events.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant and / or nullify his or her result due to any violation of the Hong Kong Laws and Event rules. No refund will be accommodated in the case of disqualifications.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the rules listed above from time to time. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the event website shall prevail.

Personal Information Collection Statement

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to use any event record, photographs, and recordings taken during the event, for any legal purposes, including event promotion and use on the website of Joyous Events.
  2. This event is organized by Joyous Events. The information provided by the participants will be used for the following purposes with the entrusted service provider (if any):
  3. In order to perform the above-mentioned purposes, the personal data provided by the participants during the registration may be transferred to the relevant organization.
  4. The Organizer collect, save and use the personal data (include but not limited to name, contact number, email, etc.) of participants provided during the registration in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) for its events (but not limited to preparation , registration, promotion activities, etc.)
  5. The Organizer will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless compelled to do so by any judicial request, requirement or court order.

Disclaimer

In consideration of the acceptance of the entry of the event, participants agree to the statement below:
  1. Participants confirm that he/she is physically fit and capable of participating in the event.
  2. Participants confirm that his/her participation in this event is purely voluntary and at your own risk and responsibility. Participants discharge The Organizer from any responsibility in the event of injury, death or loss of property incurred during, as a consequence of or while travelling to or from the Race.
  3. Participants consent that the Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the format of the event.

Health Declaration

  1. Participants must not have any of the common symptoms of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) – such as fever, malaise, dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhoea, loss of taste or smell, skin rash or discolouration of fingers or toes within 14 days prior to the date of event.
  2. Participants must not have been out of Hong Kong within 14 days prior to the date of event / have been out of Hong Kong within 14 days prior to the date of event, however exempted by the HKSAR Government from compulsory quarantine.
  3. Participants must not have been in close contact with any person who has travelled outside Hong Kong within 14 days prior to the date of event and have not been exempted by the HKSAR government from compulsory quarantine, in particular family members, helpers or drivers.
  4. Participants must not have been in close contact* with any person who has a confirmed or preliminary positive case of COVID-19 infection in Hong Kong or overseas within 14 days prior to the date of the event.
  5. *“Close contact” generally means having direct physical contact, such as living in the same household, travelling in the same vehicle or flight, having social contact in close proximity such as dining together. The above examples are not exhaustive. If you are in doubt, we advise that you err on the side of caution and refrain from using Club facilities.
  6. Participants do not live in a building in which there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the date of declaration as published by the Centre for Health Protection.
  7. Participants must not be required to undergo COVID-19 testing pursuant to a compulsory testing notice or direction / have undergone COVID-19 testing pursuant to a compulsory testing notice or direction and with negative results.
  8. If this form is submitted prior to the day of the event, participants shall notify the Organiser of any change in circumstances prior to or at the time of your visit.
  9. Under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599), a person who contravenes or knowingly gives false information to the Department of Health is liable on conviction to a $10000 HKD fine and to imprisonment for 6 months.

COVID-19 Measures and Advice


Before the event

  1. Participants shall maintain personal hygiene, and pay attention to their health condition. Please regularly check your temperature, and if there are any symptoms of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) occur – such as fever, malaise, dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhoea, loss of taste or smell, skin rash or discolouration of fingers or toes, please avoid staying from the crowd, participants shall seek medical advices and do not participate in the event.
  2. Please pay attention to the latest news, for any participants who are required to undergo COVID-19 testing shall not participate in the event. For more details, please visit http://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/inbound-travel.html.
  3. Participants shall undergo compulsory quarantine and shall not enter the event if they have been out of Hong Kong 14 days prior to the event.
  4. Participants shall always pay attention to the latest updates from the Government on COVID-19, and take corresponding preventive measures.

During the event

  1. Participants shall follow relevant measures of different venues, such as a mask wearing policy.
  2. Participants shall maintain social distance during the activity. Participants shall not gather more than 4 in a group, and must keep at least 1.5m from others.
  3. Participants shall prepare water and personal hygiene items.
  4. Participants shall bring along personal equipment (if any) to avoid using public goods.
  5. Participants shall always bring along a face mask, tissue paper, and 70% to 80% alcohol-based handrub.
  6. Participants should always pay attention to the changes of vital signs, such as breathing and heartbeat, when exercising with a mask on during the pandemic. Slow down or stop for a rest when necessary. As the mask may be moistened by sweat and breath, please bring your own masks for replacement when necessary for safety’s sake.
  7. Participants shall wear masks properly, and also maintain hand hygiene before wearing the mask and after taking off the mask.
  8. Always keep your hands clean, especially before touching your mouth, nose or eyes; before eating; after going to the toilet; after touching public facilities such as handrails or doorknobs; or when your hands are contaminated with respiratory secretions, such as after coughing or sneezing.
  9. When washing hands, clean your hands with soap and water, rub your hands for at least 20 seconds, rinse well with water and dry them with tissue paper. After washing your hands, do not touch the faucet directly, please wrap the faucet with a paper towel before closing the faucet.
  10. If there is no hand-washing facility, or when the hands are not obviously dirty, it is also an effective way to clean your hands with 70% to 80% alcohol-based handrub.
  11. Participants shall cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when sneezing or coughing. Don't spit or litter everywhere. Put your phlegm in paper towels. Dispose of the used paper towels in a covered trash bin.
  12. Participants shall place the toilet lid down before flushing to prevent potential spread of germs.

After the event

  1. Participants shall clean the shoes before entering indoors to prevent germs from entering the home.
  2. Participants shall wash hands properly with soap and dispose of facemasks in the trash can when returning home.
  3. Participants should change into clean clothes and take shower when you return home to prevent germs from staying home.
  4. Participants shall wash your clothing properly.
  5. Participants shall clean the surface and case of your mobile phone with disinfectant wipes or diluted bleach.
